Unreliable ordering and delivery process

I clicked to order a blender, and after clicking purchase immediately realised I hadn’t been shown delivery options and the delivery wouldn’t arrive in the needed timeframe. I instantly rang the company to cancel the order, as it was still being processed. I was told they have no process for this and even though my order won’t even be prepared or dispatched for several days there is no way to stop it. I have to have the item delivered and return it before I can even start waiting for a refund. I made a large purchase and am now having to wait around two weeks for my money back. I don’t blame the customer service people as this appears to be a fault with the company process.

Cuisinart is bad for business

Cuisinart is bad for business. I will NEVER purchase ANY of their product. Rude customer service, bad product, bad attitude, bad manner. DO NOT buy this product. I am disapproving this product if you purchase it, you will be disappointed.

Great loaves!

We really enjoy using our machine. Makes excellent loaves! We like the feature that means you can set the time for when a loaf is made. The user interface is simple to use too

Cuisinart espresso maker...horrible customer service

I received a Cuisinart espresso maker as a Christmas gift. I have been trying to replace it as the coffee grinds accumulate in my coffee cups. Their customer service is horrible. I have never seen this, such disrespect of their customers. I called them and the Customer service rep said to write to Conair and that they would send me a prepaid box and replace my machine. I wrote to them a month ago explaining what I was told, they gave me an answer that had nothing to do with what I asked, I sent another email, asking for specific information, I never received an answer..when you try to call them, they always experience a higher than usual call volume ...I will never by any CONAIR products again (They own Cuisinart)

Cookware is so so, customer service is miserable!

Cookware is so so. We used consumer reports. They aren’t the “consumer reports” of a decade ago. More and more they aren’t the place to go but I digress.
Heres the issue. We followed the instructions to season the cookware on the instructions. The oil turned into a gummy mess we could’t remove. Called customer service and after 3 different phone calls they agreed to replace ALL of our cookware. Great we thought. Not so fast!
We had an 11 piece green gourmet set and a 12” frying pan of the same type. We received the frying pan. They sent the induction version but ok. Never sent the set. We called.
They denied that the full set was ever discussed, OMG! , and that they would replace. All of this was completely untrue down to the core. 3 calls, 2 different representatives that apparently didn’t take notes.
I explained to this belligerent final representative what had transpired and she all but called me a lier. I finally had enough of her “opinions” and wanted to speak to a supervisor....she hung up.
Buyer Beware!

PRC kiss of death

Ordering is easy - the website works well. It has plenty of images of the products and gives all the information that you need.
The devices (a hand blender and a mini-chopper) are pleasingly styled and reasonably well designed though the 'lock' button on the blender is perhaps a safety feature too far. The blender charged in no time at all and has all of the gadgets that you need.
Delivery was also far quicker and smoother than I expected.
All of this points to four or even five stars.
The Achilles' heel of these products (and so many others) is the 'Made in PRC' stamp. This is almost a guarantee of shoddy manufacture and so it proves here. The rubber covering of the buttons on the chopper are frayed and the script already fading. The power button on the blender seems to work only intermittently. The balloon whisk might as well be made of string, for all its rigidity.
These are expensive items (the blender comes in at 100 notes). Wherever they are manufactured, the build quality should be rather better.

Waiting months for a 4 slice toaster

I was told beginning of November that cuisinart would replace a 4 slice toaster that only 2 slices were working. They said cut the cord and send pic, which I did. Time frame was 10 days. It is the 20th of February and all contact I have with them is it’s on back order how long for a back order? At least I had 2 slice toaster now nothing. I know they have similar 4 slice toasters which could be replaced with. But they would rather have their customers waiting for months. Very poor customer service. .

Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro -top gadget and top Customer service

I bought a Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro a year ago after researching all the food prepping machines. I wanted one that chops (onions, carrots etc etc) and grinds (herbs and spices), but didn't want 2 machines. And I discovered this Mini Prep Pro. It's great - it does both jobs really well. It's small and easy to store, big enough to do a great job and so easy to clean. Anyway I had a slight issue with it one day so I contacted UK customer services and they were very obliging. I sent my unit back and got another in the return post. I thought I'd add this on Trustpilot because I think other people should know Cuisinart is a company with great products and great customer services.

It is PLASTIC!!!!

Last week I bought the Mini Prep Pro Mini Chopper And Food Processor with the following characteristics:
Material Stainless Steel
Colour Stainless Steel
Blade material Stainless Steel
However, when I got the food processor I realised only the blade is steel. The material is PLASTIC. I had to contact Cuisinart.co.uk customer service myself - even though I bought it from Amazon- only to get a reply confirming that only the blade is from steel and they are sorry for the inconvenience and that I should return the product to get a refund.

Your products are a very big disappointment!

This email is to inform you that I purchased a hand mixer and I am returning it as soon as possible. Being a Cuisinart I expected the "Best" but received a product that I wouldn't wish on anybody. A year or so I also purchased a coffee maker that was also not up to par, but wrote it off as a fluke that I received a bad product. Today, after opening my mixer to use .... which I can't use due to a manufacturing defect. I now realize it seems to be an ongoing issue that your company isn't doing anything about. Selling defective products deems to be the way of the world for you. I will not be buying anymore Cuisinart products and will advise all my friends and family not to do so in the future. Your products are a very big disappointment!

No customer service

I'm in Germany. Don't know how they are in other countries. Here it's a desaster. No customer service. The phone number leads to an automatic message. Nobody answers the phone on the number I was told there. No reply to several inquiries on the website

Cuisinart IMO is synonymous with quality. I like having chic and upscale things around me... even in the kitchen. Cuisinart just has more cache than some knock-off brand...
